The concept of the Whole 30 diet dates back to early 2009 when medicinal practitioners Melissa Hartwig and Dallas Hartwig first introduced the program to the world.
The core aim of a Whole 30 diet is to completely reset the nutritional values of the body within a span of 30 days and put an end to unhealthy eating habits while helping to restore and reinvigorate the body’s metabolic, digestive and diseases preventive functionalities.

I know nothing about whole foods but these 90 recipes are good to have. There are pictures too and nutritional information.
So may foods that allowed and not allowed. Whole foods is more on foods with nutrition and less on my usual breakfast foods such as pancakes, Paleo Bread and dark chocolate. I am following the recipes for 30 days. It's been a week now. I am getting used to it. I am getting more protein and calories too. I get to eat Burger in a healthy way.
Oh, this is an amazing & huge cookbook so far. I found it last week and my elder cousin highly recommended this book after hearing my interest on whole foods. This cookbook not only impressed me but also pleased me by teaching all these nutritious & healthy recipes.
Inside here I got a clear concept about whole30 diet plan. Throughout this read I have also come to know a thirty day total meal plans with all details, routines and all other things too. Especially, I liked almost each recipe that what I found here and the author “Stella Parker” has described all these recipes step by step with easy to understand language. If you want to completely reset the nutritional values of your body within a short time frame, then I think whole30 meal plan will be perfect choice. I found this cookbook so amazing and I don't have any doubt the quality of these recipes that what I found here, so I would like to recommend it as well.
Last night I already tried some of these recipes with my grandma that what I learned from this book and amazingly we cooked all those dishes so easily without any hassle. My family members also liked all those dishes. Here I got a few helpful tips about whole30 meal plan & overall cooking system. Now I am thinking & planning to follow this meal plan from next month. Excellent work Stella!
Horrible mess! Errors in recipes and hard to figure our words (4 pieces of egg, means 4 eggs). Waste of money!
The good news is that every recipe has a pic and nutritional info. Now the bad news, this is a a huge mess, totally unedited with ridiculous
instructions, typos and incorrect terms. Often the pic does not match the recipe.For example they featured a recipe for stuffed green peppers with turkey and vegetables. The pic showed a stuffed turkey with vegetable stuffing. Another one called for 6 halibut fillet's and it showed a whole cooked fish with skin on and fins. They had some breakfast ideas and repeatedly they would say 4 pieces of eggs instead of 4 eggs, Another recipe was for Kielbasa with potatoes and peppers. The instructions said to dice up the sausage, potatoes and peppers, the pic showed whole sausages on a charcoal grill. And lastly I gave up reading further. For a grilled shrimp recipe it says (and I am not kidding here) "lightly grill up your oil grate."
