The 14 Italian Desserts cookbook is geared more towards the international audience, not the US audience, as the book seems to use European cooking terms followed up by the use of metric recipe measurements.The recipes look good and I would love to try them except I do not have the knowledge to interpret ingredients such as bag yeast or vanillin bag. Both of these ingredients were found in this cookbook.

These bare not hard to make and add a flair to american desserts we are all so used to baking
This book contains some excellent choices for everyone, not just Italian. The recipes are not all quick and easy, but if you like to bake, this is one for you.
just thumbed thru it and was interesting in how this can be a family favorite since this is from our side of the family. excited
i was looking forward to making these desserts but was disapointed that it wasn't in english mesurements. it would have been nice to have the translations I didn't want to look them up myself. call me lazy if you want.
The recipes in this cookbook are good recipes. I do wish there where more. There is no table of contents, but with 14 desserts, I did not miss them. The book is easy to follow and I had no problems with understanding it.
As the first reviewer noted, the measurements are given in metic and some of the ingredients are not familiar. You can convert the metics to American measurements AND find the ingredients using the internet. However, I believe the author/reviewer/publisher should have included those for customers who live in the United States. My main quibbles are the formatting

2. Recipes are listed in reverse order - recipe, instructions, photo of finished dessert. Correct order should be photo of finished dessert, recipe, instructions.
The recipes look delicious and I'm looking forward to trying several of them. Just be warned that you'll need to put some effort into converting the measurements and finding some of the ingredients.
